My short story “Fifth Book from the Sun” has been included in the Tyche Books anthology Starship Librarians. I’m honoured!
Librarians?! Hell yes! You’ll be amazed how much action and intrigue a librarian can be drawn into, especially out in the depths of space or in some futuristic dystopia. In my story, draconian information laws turn librarians into an armed faction, and a partially disabled war veteran picks up a job that could kill him, save him, or change the future of spacefaring earthlings. He doesn’t know. But he’s about to find out, with more than a little discomfort.
On top of that, a ton of other stories by great contemporary sci-fi writers. My “best title” nomination goes to “The Revolution Will Not Be Fertilized.” I wish I’d thought of that one first...
